Role purpose: He/She will work strictly with different stakeholders (internal technical designers and developers, outsourced system integrator vendors, internal final users, top management and other department’s stakeholders) and will be responsible of the scope, timeline, costs, communication and solution delivered. Curiosity and familiarity in Technology and Leadership skills in managing different stakeholders in a complex environment is a must. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Manage the E2E projects assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines and budget with high quality and in an Agile work environment - Governance of the internal development teams, the outsourced suppliers and all the stakeholders - Provide the right communication of the project status and prepare the presentations for the top management - Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Experience of at least 5-7 years in project management in Enterprises with complex IT ecosystems - Strong knowledge of Business Support Systems. In particular it is required experience in Campaign and Loyalty program solutions - Knowledge/Experience of Cloud base architecture design (AWS and GCP preferred) - Good understanding of SOA Architectures including Rest and SOAP/APIs and Streaming Protocols - Fluent in speaking and writing in English Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Attitude to plan and organize work to deliver project as agreed - Great communication and influencing skills - Preferred Knowledge of some of the Campaign Automation platforms (HCL Unica, Pega, Airship, Acoustic,) - Knowledge of data security and privacy regulation - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe preferred) - Bachelor degree in computer science and/or engineering Key performance indicators: - High quality delivery of the solutions designed - Respect of the budget and timeline of the projects
