Our client specializes in renewable energy and, in particular, in the research, development and prototyping of new green batteries and long-duration energy storage systems. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liDesign hydraulic system architecture: pump sizing/selection, manifolds, flow distribution, pressure management, filtration, venting/degassing concepts. /li liDevelop piping layouts and define standards for routing, supports, accessibility, and service ability within a container. /li liDefine instrumentation strategy: pressure/flow/temperature sensing, control valves, safety relief devices, and interlocks. /li liBuild hydraulic loss models (Δp), NPSH/cavitation risk checks, transient behavior considerations. /li liRun and interpret CFD and/or hydraulic network simulations to optimize flow uniformity and efficiency. /li liWrite component specifications and acceptance criteria; support supplier technical alignment. /li liSupport commissioning and troubleshooting on pilot systems and containers. /li liDraft procedures, reports, and technical documentation in general. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in engineering development of pressurized liquid systems (PhD years can be counted as experience if relevant). /li liStrong capability in hydraulic design, piping engineering, and system integration. /li liExperience translating requirements into component sizing and technical specifications. /li liAbility to work hands-on with prototypes and field troubleshooting. /li /ul h3Other Info /h3 pLocation: Rho (MI) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
