The Retail Operations team acts as the primary contact between HQ and stores, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operational activities. Guarantee effective communication for coordination and management of operational activities. Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service to the frontline by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information, focusing on key business moments of the year. Contribute to establishing effective processes and follow store procedures to ensure smooth operations. Collect, interpret, and analyze information regarding needs, bottlenecks, and developments in processes, tools, and systems. Provide insights through periodical and ad hoc reports and analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within the area of expertise/region. Gather information from multiple departments via different communication channels between HQ and local retail lines. Contribute to or develop business cases and create new concepts for processes, tools, or systems, ensuring their implementation in collaboration with Area Managers. Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools, and systems, initiating and implementing improvements, standardization, and automation. Execute activities independently within a given scope, supported by managers and senior colleagues. Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders (Area Managers and Store Managers) in your area of expertise. Support, manage, and coordinate new store openings in partnership with Area Managers, following our expansion plans. Your Talent Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion, or accessories. Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills. Result-oriented in task handling. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player, with a service-oriented approach both internally and externally. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
