This candidate should work closely with management in order to support, anticipate, solve business needs as partner for the line interlocutors of Company.
Responsibilities
* Coordinates the entire payroll process managed by external providers, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to current regulations. Collects and validates monthly payroll variables required for payslip processing. (MUST REQUIREMENT)
* Ensure the recruitment (temporary and permanent) activities both for white and blue collars
* Ensure that the Organization chart and job descriptions are matching with the actual Company organisation
* Prepare the headcount reports and the various employees’ statistics (e.g. absenteeism, turnover etc...)
* Cooperate with the labour consultant
* Manage daily industrial relations with Company's Unions.
* Implement the personnel training process including H&S training requirements
* Implement employee’s development processes (performance evaluation interviews, competences evaluation, new hires integration program) in order to guarantee resources development
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Knowloegde about Italian Labour Law and Unions
* Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
* Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
