We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems, development, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, supporting digital operations, and driving technological improvements across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure software and hardware٫ including printers٫ network cards and so on.·Develop, with the support of an IT consulting firm, the company's ERP in order to facilitate the automation of all production, administration, supply chain and logistics processes.Develop protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.Support or train personnel responsible for systems and networks and provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.Facilitate the interaction between end users and higher-level support.Monitor system and network performance and organize maintenance activities (e.g. Software updates, backups and so on.).Organize troubleshooting٫ repairs and data restoration.Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.Work together with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.Support the team for the new digital platform implementation such as Shopify+.Support Operations Coordinator for the project management tools and automations.Troubleshooting for the ecommerce platform.Requirements3+ years' experience of working on an IT coordinator or other relevant position.Profound experience in network management and help desk support.Good practical experience of managing IT systems and applications٫ troubleshooting and repairing issues.Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.Knowledge of HTML /Css.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.BSc or BA degree in information technology or computer science; additional certification (CompTIA Network+٫ CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be a bonus.Excellent Knowledge of English and Italian language.Flexibility, problem solving and multitasking in work.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and innovative work environment.Career growth opportunities and professional development.If you are an experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
