Overview

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners specialized in the recruitment of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently seeking a Sales & Partnership Specialist on behalf of a publisher company.


Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships;
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects and existing clients;
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
* Ensure high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service;
* Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly;
* Work closely with the Head of Affiliation and Affiliate Marketing Specialists to align sales strategies with overall marketing goals;
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to develop effective marketing materials and sales collateral;
* Coordinate with the Content Editor to communicate Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) increases, ensuring that content strategies align with sales goals and profitability;
* Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to enhance package offerings;
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts;
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands;
* Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights;


Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the affiliate marketing industry;
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and strategies;
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
* Strong analytical skills;
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently;
* Comfortable to work with targets and meeting sales goals;
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;

The current policy allows one day of remote work per week.
