To support our Senior Buyer, we are looking for you—a structured, loyal, and independent individual as a Buying Assistant.
Tasks
Supporting the Buying team
Maintaining and updating supplier and product data in our system.
Order management
Tracking deliveries
Order processing
Budget control
Prepare and maintain assortment planning tools
manage and maintain purchase orders resolve issues related to pricing, ventore production and store feedback
present product performance, insights during monthly meetings
create maintain and validate weekly business review reports
oversee all aspects of selling reports, ensuring timely updates and distribution
Skills
Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, commerce, or a related field.
Initial professional experience in purchasing, ideally in women's fashion.
Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
