The company operates in a dynamic industrial environment and is currently further strengthening and professionalising its HR organisation in Italy.About the position:We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to take ownership of HR operations across several key sites in Italy, with a strong focus on Southern Italy.This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will build, professionalise, and harmonise HR structures in an environment that is currently evolving.
