Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct audits efficiently and competently following DNV instructions, the Quality System, or formal client agreements.
* Promptly contact clients to confirm planned activities.
* Maintain the independence of the DNV certification scheme at all times.
* Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent qualifications to serve as Lead Auditor.
* Plan, execute, report on audits, and follow up within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate core competencies.
* Build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and support professional development.
* Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
* Use auditing tools properly for data management and certification processes.

Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified as a third-party auditor under voluntary management system schemes or equivalent experience.
* APSCA certification, SA8000 qualification, or social audit experience is preferred.
* Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English are advantageous.
* Willingness to travel within Italy.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Positive, results-oriented attitude.
* Good organizational skills.
