About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Project Leader to join our fast-growing engineering team, driving breakthrough innovations for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead assigned traded projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within defined scope, schedule, and constraints.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee all project qualification activities from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with Clients, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate the definition, qualification, and approval of traded products.
* Manage all technical and commercial project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
* Identify and address potential risks proactively, implementing effective mitigation plans.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within the HVAC industry.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and technical documentation tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluency in English is required.
