As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive the successful delivery of projects focused on UX/UI, data analytics, and dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and impactful visual presentations.Your MissionsLead and manage projects related to UX/UI design, data analytics, and dashboard solutions for mobile and web platformsCoordinate and supervise data teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelinesOversee the implementation of software tools and methodologies within data analytics projectsCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverablesEnsure high-quality visual and graphical presentation standards in all project communications and deliverablesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team membersDrive continuous improvement and innovation within project teamsYour ProfileExperience in project management within digital, UX/UI, or data analytics environments (minimum 4 years)Proficiency with data analytics tools and dashboard softwareKnowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practicesExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, including data and design specialistsEnglish fluent (minimum B1/B2 level); Italian fluentProficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)Academic background in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field is a plusYou demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearlyYou show excellent organizational and problem‐solving skillsYou adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirementsWhat We OfferAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
