Our Operations team is central to ensuring seamless, efficient, and scalable client experiences. We are seeking an Operations Developer—a hands-on technical role embedded within Operations, focused on process automation, back-office tooling, and operational efficiency.This is not a traditional engineering role. You will sit within the Operations department and work side-by-side with the team to:Understand day-to-day operational workflowsIdentify areas where manual processes can be automated or optimisedBuild, maintain, and extend our existing back-office toolsetDevelop dashboards, alerts, and data-driven insights to support proactive decision-makingYou will focus on delivering high-impact, low-effort improvements that immediately reduce manual effort and operational risk, and you will define and deliver a strategic roadmap for back-office automation, including dashboarding, reporting, and tool enhancements that scale with the business.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Operations teams to analyse workflows, pain points, and manual processesAutomate repetitive tasks and manual checks using SQL, scripting, or integrationsEnhance and maintain the back-office system, building new features to support operational needsDevelop monitoring and alerting systems to enable more proactive operational managementCreate dashboards (e.G.
