OverviewWe are looking for a General Manager to help lead and scale a group of digital education businesses operating at the intersection of community, online learning, AI and higher education.The RoleThe role will work across Docsity, WeUni and OPIT – Open Institute of Technology, with the mission of bringing stronger structure, operational discipline and execution to a fast‐growing EdTech ecosystem.It is a builder role: someone able to combine strategic vision with hands‐on execution, product thinking, business ownership and a strong understanding of digital platforms.What You'll OwnYou will work closely with the Founder and the existing leadership teams, owning the growth trajectory and operational performance of the business units. Define and execute product‐led, community‐led and commercially driven growth strategiesStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystemBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experienceBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processesDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial prioritiesIdentify and develop synergies across the platformsAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders What We're Looking For Strong experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user‐based businessesA solid background in product‐led growth, digital marketing, community and retentionExperience managing P&L, budgets, KPIs and cross‐functional teamsStrong execution skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable resultsUnderstanding of AI‐enabled products and how they can improve learning experiencesExposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business developmentStrong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teamsExcellent communication skills and international exposureFluency in English; Italian is also important for the roleAvailability to work from Turin, with travel when needed Nice to Have Experience in EdTech, online learning or higher educationExperience with user‐generated content platforms or communitiesExposure to subscription models, digital monetization or marketplace dynamicsTechnical or STEM backgroundExperience in regulated or accreditation‐driven environments What We Offer The opportunity to lead a high‐impact EdTech ecosystem with international ambitionA fast‐moving environment where product, AI, content and education come togetherDirect exposure to founders and strategic decision‐makingSignificant ownership over growth, execution and organisational scale‐upCompetitive compensation and long‐term incentives LocationTurin, Italy, with travel to Rome and Malta.Reporting toFounderSectorEdTech, Digital Platforms, Higher Education, AI Learning#J-18808-Ljbffr
