Job Requisition : 022795 Countinuous Improvement Specialist (Open) Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Collaborates on assignments and projects that may require collaboration with other functions - May collaborate on projects involving electrical power and controls to develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes - Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment - Analyzes tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements - May coordinate and perform periodic operational diagnostics on operations - Provides technical support to improve equipment and process reliability - Performs other duties as assigned Education and Experience - Typically possesses Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Management - 2-4 years of experience in relevant field - Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal) - Strong Project Management knowledge - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g. Cad) Knowledge and Skills - Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing concepts - Driving licence is required - Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team - Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills 40 EEO Statement: - We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
