Job Title: Flight Operations Coordinator
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing flights for VVIP customers.
* We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in operational aviation, preferably private or business aviation.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working with flight planning systems and possess a thorough understanding of national and international aviation regulations.
* You will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless coordination of all necessary framework.
* Your responsibilities will include advising customers on aeronautical matters, communicating with aviation authorities, and coordinating airport and ATC slots.
* You will also be responsible for liaising with different suppliers for additional services linked to flights such as limousine, catering, helicopter or other services.
* In addition, you will develop and make decisions on short-term alternatives according to frameworks and company procedures.
* You will collaborate with VVIP/Aircraft Operators/Crew/Civil Aviation Authorities externally.
Key Qualifications:
* Rélevant work experience in the operational field of aviation (preferably Private/General/Business Aviation)
* Experience of Flight planning systems
* Solid knowledge and understanding on national and international aviation regulations and the effect on day-to-day operational requirements
* Fantastic communication skills with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations and prioritize high workload
* Good IT skills (MS Office, web and relational database systems)
* Fluency in English and Italian (written and oral) is a must
* Team-player, Solution-oriented, customer oriented and communicative personality
* Flexibility regarding working shifts (weekend and night shifts)
* Excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy
