You will support this transaction from the existing system / process to the new solution. /ppYou will be a key member of our team located a San Bonifacio. You will report to Country IT Manager for governance aspects and strategic decision, with a strong and direct connection with San Bonifacio management for all operative / process aspects of your role. /ppbAbout the job /b /ppAs an application specialist you will be supporting and implementing all aspects of operations that use existing systems as well as our future WMS and ERP. Part of your job is to be operative in specific data management tasks, and quality data check of data. /ppYou will have a customer-oriented mind set and play a major part in supporting your colleagues to have a high competence in systems and tools. /ppThis role will be based in San Bonifacio. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliYou will be responsible to lead local IS projects with the support of our corporate /liliSystem Administrator for local ERP systems and data exchange interfaces /liliSecuring optimal functionality and business continuity of all local San Bonifacio IT systems, conduct problem analysis and to continuously improve systems together with our central team according with Alfa Laval standard and governance /liliIT / IS Business Process Management (BPM) mapping, optimization and definition of procedures from a system perspective, assistance in introducing these procedures (change management). /liliBe a digital transition driver for local organizations /liliContinuous improvement in the IT / IS service delivery /li /ulpbWhat you know /b /pliJeeves ERP (preferred) or D365 ERP Systems knowledge /liliKnowledge of and / or affinity with factory processes and applications (Production Order, BOM, WMS, TMS) /liliSQL Server and T-SQL development skills /liliExperience in autonomous administration and set-up of IT applications. /lipbWho you are /b /ppYou have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
