Position Description Within a project to enhance the after-sales technical support service of the company, we are selecting candidates for the Verona office. The selected candidate will be part of the Technical Assistance office and will report to the Service & After Sales Manager. Responsibilities include: Help Desk support via phone and email to clients such as Dental Studios and Dental Laboratories Remote assistance on specific software for managing radiological images and CAD/CAM systems Software updates Opening and managing user tickets Occasional technical interventions at client locations Ideal Candidate Possesses a dental technician diploma and/or laboratory experience, has a good technical IT background, is comfortable with main computer systems (Windows and Office), and has gained experience in a similar role in commercial companies and/or technical assistance sectors.
