You'll help us understand not just what’s happening, but bwhy /b—and what to do about it. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the month-end close process, including preparation of NSV and Gross Profit reporting, variance analysis (volume/price/mix/trade/AP), and risks opportunities tracking. /liliPartner with Sales, Marketing, and RGM to provide actionable insights for performance improvement and investment decisions. /liliDeliver robust inputs into forecasting cycles, including bLatest Estimates /b and bAnnual Operating Plans /b, grounded in historical performance and forward-looking assumptions. /liliMonitor bG2N (Net Sales) and AP investment /b, ensuring accurate tracking and ROI-based evaluations. /liliTranslate external bmarket intelligence /b (e.g., Nielsen, distributor data, shopper panels) and internal data into insights that drive pricing, promo, and portfolio decisions. /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and tools using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and commercial conversations. /liliEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit readiness, and support continuous improvement in processes and data quality. /li /ulpubAbout you /b /u /ppbMain Requirements: /b /pullib3+ years /b of experience in Commercial Finance, FPA, or related roles in the bFMCG or consumer goods industry /b. /liliStrong financial and business acumen with a solid understanding of the PL, including price/mix, margin, promo effectiveness, and customer/channel profitability. /liliAdvanced Excel skills; experience with bPower BI /b, bSAP /b, and/or bAnaplan /b is highly valued. /liliComfortable using and interpreting external data sources (e.g., bNielsen /b, IRI, Kantar, shopper panels) and connecting them to financial performance. /liliAbility to simplify complex information and present clear, actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. /liliStrong communication skills in bItalian and English /b. /liliA curious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
