OverviewExperteer OverviewIn this role you will provide frontline IT support for the Scottsdale office and coordinate with the global IT team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimize technology for all users, including executives. You'll troubleshoot Apple and Microsoft environments, support meeting room tech, and manage onboarding/offboarding workflows. You will work closely with local leadership and external IT partners to maintain secure, reliable IT services. This is an in-office position offering a direct impact on office productivity and user experience, with opportunities to contribute to broader IT initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level IT support for Apple and Microsoft hardware/OS, software, network and collaboration tools in the Scottsdale officeServe as on-site liaison between employees and global IT or local IT partnersDiagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsDeploy and maintain workstations, monitors, and peripheralsSet up and test meeting room technology (Teams Rooms, A/V equipment)Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account setupFollow IT security, access control, and asset management proceduresSupport local IT and office technology projects as neededCoordinate facilities and maintenance requestsQualifications4+ years in an IT support roleExperience supporting Apple and Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)Proactive approach to technology optimizationAbility to build strong relationships across all levels, including executivesExperience supporting mixed-device environments (Apple and Windows)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience supporting end-user hardware, peripherals, and collaboration techExcellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to explain tech in simple termsReliable, organized, and proactive with a customer service mindsetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBenefitsCompetitive base salariesPaid vacation days and sick daysShare Appreciation Rights programHotel and travel discountsComprehensive benefits with cost-sharing401K Matching program
