We are looking for a junior motivated and customer-oriented Field Engineer to join our team in the Rome and Lazio areas. This role plays a key technical and consultative function, supporting designers, contractors, and end customers in the application of Hilti solutions, with a significant focus on pull-out tests performed directly on construction sites. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will perform pull out tests on site, prepare technical reports, and support customers in interpreting results and selecting the most appropriate solutions. /liliYou will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products, including anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions. /liliYou will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs. /liliYou will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales. /liliYou will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering /liliExcellent English and Italian /liliCustomer-oriented and goal-driven /li /ulh3What’s In It For You /h3ullisoftware to support the design /lilicoaching activities /lilitraining moments in both the classroom and the field /lilia unique corporate network /li /ulpYou will be able to demonstrate your skills through ever greater responsibilities and to grow professionally through continuous contact with professionals in the sector.
