Posizione As SAP Finance Senior Manager, within the Loro Piana IT Corporate Solutions’ Organization, you will be the key player in major SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for our Finance Organization.

In this role, you will support them to connect the dots between the digital world and their core finance processes, (re)designing and optimizing the finance business processes in SAP to eventually implement the solution.
Leveraging both your comprehensive SAP-related experience, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the end-to-end design from initial requirements gathering to deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.
You will be responsible for ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services, leading application maintenance services as well as projects’ teams, shaping SAP finance roadmap.
This will require a thorough understanding of business processes, the latest developments and benefits the S/4HANA digital core brings to Users as well as being up to date on other new solutions in the SAP Finance Transformation domain.
Designing a fit-for-purpose future SAP Finance landscape as well as supporting on the transformation journey to get to the desired state will be your tasks. Next to business-oriented skills, strong delivery skills are essential to enabling IT corporate to put the plan into action together with IT peers and colleagues.
Profilo
10 -15 years of work experience at minimum.
A degree in computer science/SAP certification/s preferred.
At minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules – S/4HANA experience preferred
Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations required.
Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
Experience with implementing SAP Finance and integrations to SD, MM and in general projects to support product cost controlling and margin analysis
Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
Team lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.
Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.
Experience of all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system.
Skilled in “team leadership” – adhering to the project methodology and PMO processes/procedures, planning the data team’s work, leading resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance.
Effectively, cooperate and lead teams with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation (also English required)
Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to changes and new priorities.
Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.
