You\'ll help create and deliver exceptional live experiences for Amazon\'s largest on and off-campus events, both in-person and via livestream. /ppAbout the team: You\'ll join a collaborative group focused on delivering high-quality event experiences for internal and external audiences. We value innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, program, and operate live events ranging from corporate meetings to concerts. /liliProvide technical direction for audio, video, lighting, and livestreaming. /liliSupport hybrid events through both onsite and remote operations. /liliInstall and optimize production equipment in various venues. /liliCollaborate with event organizers and AV teams to deliver excellent experiences. /liliTravel up to 50% to support global events. /liliPre-event: Prepare and organize technical equipment needs; conduct equipment testing and signal flow verification; coordinate with organizers on technical requirements. /liliDuring event: Operate production equipment for live events; provide real-time technical support across audio, video, and lighting; adapt to changing customer needs; ensure consistent quality throughout productions. /liliPost-event: Manage equipment strike and storage; participate in event feedback and improvement discussions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHigh school or equivalent diploma; Bachelor\'s degree. /liliStrong experience working with Elemental products (Encoders). /liliStrong knowledge in AWS livestreaming products (Elemental MediaLive, MediaPackage). /liliProven experience in live event production and livestreaming. /liliStrong knowledge of integrated production systems. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. /liliExperience creating signal flow diagrams and technical documentation. /liliCommitment to safety and industry best practices. /liliFlexibility to support various technical roles as needed. /liliExperience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment. /liliExperience with Ross video switchers. /liliExperience programming lighting consoles. /liliExperience as Front of House audio engineer. /li /ulh3Compensation and Benefits /h3pThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
