Overview

Responsibilities
* Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures
* Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on-campus meetings)
* Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours, and orientation sessions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school’s admissions platforms
* Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records
* Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families
* Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data
* Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date
* Stay informed about the college’s programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective students
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field
* Strong interest in higher education and student recruitment
* Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience with CRM or admissions software is an advantage
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
