We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. /ppEli Lilly Italia is looking for a bProcess Engineer /b to join one of the production partments at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) site: Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection. /ph3Role and responsibilities /h3pThe selected candidate will be part of a bcross-functional team /b and will play a key role in the btechnical management of production lines /b, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting activity planning, and driving continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure compliance with production, maintenance, and HSE standards, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pullipEnsure deep knowledge of the bproduction process /b and all its components (including technical documentation); /p /lilipDefine and manage the correct setup of bproduction equipment /b to ensure alignment with the production plan; /p /lilipPrepare operating procedures and technical notes to share bbest practices /b across teams; /p /lilipManage process banomalies /b and lead broot cause analysis /b and first-level problem-solving; /p /lilipCollaborate with the Maintenance Manager to execute routine and bextraordinary maintenance /b (IC/IL, predictive, corrective); /p /lilipCarry out specific binterventions /b on production equipment and support predictive maintenance activities; /p /lilipAnalyze process data and manage bkey performance indicators /b (OEE, alarms, rejects, downtime, AQMS data, etc.); /p /lilipPropose and lead bcontinuous improvement /b initiatives and bCapEx /b projects; /p /lilipbTrain and support /b operational and maintenance staff through technical knowledge and training activities; /p /lilipManage spare parts binventory /b, including reordering levels, codification, and interchangeability; /p /lilipPlan and coordinate activities during bShutdown periods /b; /p /lilipEvaluate bHSE risks /b related to maintenance interventions in collaboration with the Technical Team; /p /lilipInteract with national and international bsuppliers /b for components and technical services. /p /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ullipMaster’s degree in bMechanical, Chemical, or Automation /b Engineering (or equivalent); /p /lilipb1-4 years of experience /b in production, engineering, or maintenance within structured companies; /p /lilipFluent in bEnglish /b (minimum level B2); /p /lilipKnowledge of bmaintenance fundamentals and KPIs /b, as well as basic metrology concepts. /p /li /ulh3Additional Skills /h3ullipScrupulous attention to bHSE /b aspects /p /lilipSoft brelationship /b skills and bTeam /b work /p /lilipCuriosity and bcan-do attitude /b /p /lilipLearning bagility /b /p /lilipKnowledge of the bmaintenance basics /b and its metrics /p /lilipKnowledge of the bmetrology basics /b /p /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pbCompetitive Salary /b: We offer a competitive base salary supplemented by an annual variable component based on achieving objectives. /ppbRelocation Package /b: You will be eligible for a relocation package based on your location. /ppbComprehensive Benefits /b: Enjoy a well-rounded welfare package, including an extensive insurance plan. /ppbAnnual Salary Review /b: We recognize and reward your continued effort with an annual salary review, providing opportunities for advancement based on your performance.
