1. Answering and directing incoming calls
2. Welcoming and assisting clients and guests
3. Handling general office and administrative tasks
4. Filing and maintaining accurate documentation
5. Providing support to the accounting department with basic accounting tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
6. Previous experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role
7. Accounting background /experience would be an advantage
8. Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
9. Strong organisational skills and professional communication manner
