For our Cielo Sky Bar at Villa Fiorella Art Hotel, we are looking for a Barman to oversee the bar daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in food and beverage offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create positive guest experiences.
- Expertise in Food & Beverage management, including menu development, inventory control, and ensuring quality standards.
- Be able to identify sales opportunities and optimize bar performance.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
Prior experience required.
