Our professionals assist clients in identifying the risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buy‑outs and IPOs. When you join our team, you will be working closely with financial backers, shareholders and managers at all levels. You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, availing of digital tools and using technology in your day‑to‑day activities. Our clients are large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.
