The position is based in our GWS Italy office, Rubiera, Modena. /ppbHow to Apply: Ensure to provide: /b /pulliA cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for this position. /liliEarliest start date. /liliSalary expectations. /liliYour relevant responsibilities and experience. /li /ulpThe role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /pulliManaging daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, landed costs/import input, bank reconciliations, cash receipts (RIBA), general ledger, payroll, utilities, and expense reports. /liliPreparing consolidated monthly financial statements, account analysis, cash flow statements, working with local fiscal agents for tax reports, filings, and statutory audits. /liliMaintaining physical files and records of transactions. /liliReconciling exchange rates and multi-currency transactions. /liliImproving systems and procedures, and initiating corrective actions. /li /ulpbYour Attributes: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. /liliAdditional education or experience is a plus. /liliOver 3 years of experience in accounting/finance. /liliFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliProficient in computer and financial software, with Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus. /liliStrong communication skills, both oral and written. /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliVery accurate and precise in work. /liliAbility to multi-task, organize, and think proactively. /liliCapable of working independently on tasks and projects. /liliHands-on, flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on additional tasks. /liliHigh sense of responsibility. /liliExperience with import and export is preferred. /li /ulpIn case your profile matches our requirements, the HR team will arrange an initial 30-minute phone/video interview.
