The role involves planning, preparing, executing, and finalizing projects according to contractual terms, specifications, timescales, and budgets. The hiring location is Milan, with projects in the UK.Key Duties ResponsibilitiesServe as the focal point for all project activities, with final responsibility for project execution, representing the company to the client, and resolving related issues.Manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from inception to completion.Define and control baseline scope, program, and allowances, managing change procedures.Prepare and monitor the project execution plan, ensuring progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Establish communication policies and processes for all project parties.Manage project program updates, monitor deliverables, and control costs, scope, and quality.Establish budgets, monitor costs, and report on financial performance.Ensure proper resource allocation and compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.Oversee engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, and field activities.Manage contract negotiations, including variations and additional work.Handle client payments, disputes, and delays as necessary.Desirable Skills Attitudes5-7 years of project management experience in oil gas, energy, or civil sectors within multinational companies.Passion for project management and experience with EPCI projects.Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.Fluency in English.Strong negotiation, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Experience working on-site.Knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations is a plus.Proven track record of successful delivery and leadership in matrix teams.Effective communication and leadership skills, credibility, and competence.Structured, detail-oriented, and methodical planning abilities.Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative methods.Membership in professional project management associations (preferred).Availability to travel frequently.What We OfferPermanent contract.Hybrid work model: 8 days/month onsite.Flexible working hours.Ticket Restaurants: 9 Euros/day.Health insurance.Support for public transportation.Annual bonus and share plans.Collaborative and dynamic workplace.Selection ProcessApplication, HR interview, Hiring Manager interview, Online assessment (30 min).If you're excited about this role and eager to contribute to impactful, sustainable projects, we encourage you to apply.
