Position Summary: In this role you will support and lead engineering projects within the factory, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to implement technical solutions that improve manufacturing processes and support strategic initiatives. A Day in the life of a Factory Project Engineer Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with factory capabilities. Collaborate also with central functions based in France. Liaise with external international suppliers and contractors for equipment, services, and installations. Manage contracts, timelines, and quality of deliverables. Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and internal safety policies. Participate in risk assessments and safety audits.
