Job Description
The Employee Relations / Labor Relations (ER / LR) Specialist will be responsible for fostering a calm social climate with the RSU and maintaining it throughout the year in conjunction with the HR Department. This role involves:
* Participating in the preparation of contract negotiations, grievances, and arbitration in conjunction with the HR Department by proposing negotiation and communication strategies.
* Supporting and advising managers and employees on work-related legal issues.
* Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with legal developments (including case law) in Italy.
* The ER / LR Specialist will be the main point of contact for elected representatives and trade unions.
You will report to the Head of HR Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Participating in steering the unions (RSU).
* Advising the company's management on social / ER / LR strategy.
* Advising internal management on social issues and challenges.
* Leveraging technology and tools to streamline customer service processes, enhance communication channels, and improve customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, labor relations, or an equivalent field.
* At least 3 years of experience in labor relations management.
* Sound knowledge of Italian labor and employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
