This role combines student career advising with partnership development, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ professional growth and in strengthening relationships with existing and potential employer partners. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Career Advising Student Support /h3 ul liReview and provide feedback on students’ CVs, résumés, and cover letters. /li liConduct one-to-one career counseling sessions to guide students through their professional development and internship/job search strategies. /li liSupport students in identifying internship and employment opportunities aligned with their career goals. /li liAssist with organizing and promoting career workshops, panels, and events. /li /ul h3Partnership Development /h3 ul liResearch and identify new partnership opportunities for internships and job placements. /li liMaintain regular communication with current partners to renew and strengthen collaborations. /li liSupport the coordination of partner engagement initiatives and employer events. /li liContribute to the expansion of the institution’s network of companies and organizations. /li /ul h3Communications Outreach /h3 ul liCollaborate on the creation and distribution of e-newsletters for students featuring career resources, job opportunities, and events. /li liBrainstorm and develop engaging social media content related to career development and partnerships. /li liContribute to marketing materials and web updates promoting career services. /li liManage and update content in the Careers Office Symplicity CRM platform, including creating newsletters, posting job opportunities, scheduling meetings with students, and performing other related administrative and communication tasks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. /li liPrevious experience in career advising, employer relations, or higher education strongly preferred. /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. /li liStrong writing and editing abilities. /li liProficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pThis position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ professional journeys while building valuable relationships with industry partners.
