Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance) /b /ppb3/ Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including: /b /pulliProper transfer from tender to project /liliDefinition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract /liliResources management:ulliDefine in advance project core team staffing, as well as his/her WP resources /liliEscalate when project resources available do not match the project needs /li /ul /liliTeam leading, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners:ulliMake sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/ goals. /liliEngage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among them /liliSynchronize internal partners and arbitrate when necessary /li /ul /liliAlignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders. Arbitration of Q,C,D,P re-baselining and change management at project level. Manage claim and litigations if needed /liliProactive risk, saving and opportunity management /liliManagement of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management, with transparency during the business/critical project reviews. He/She is the representative of the project towards Alstom management. /liliEnsuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards: Code of Ethics Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual /li /ulpb4/ Manage customer and external stakeholders’ relationship /b /pulliContinuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements /liliAlstom representative towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium, JV …) /liliEnsuring contract management and variation orders towards customer /li /ulpbPerformance measurements: /b /pulliProject Performance Indicator (PPI) /liliGate review Go on time / OTD- GR /liliCash-in /liliCustomer Satisfaction /liliEHS when applicable /li /ulpbEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: /b /pulliemMaster Degree in Engineering or similar /em emor proven experience in the Rail field and in the role /em /li /ulpbEXPERIENCE: /b /pulli2-3 years experience as: sub-system/component manager or qualified project manager or manager of an operational scope /liliExperience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures /liliDesiderable: Knowledgeable of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution /li /ulpbCOMPETENCIES SKILLS /b /pulliTeam management (capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-metier teams) /liliLeadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented /liliGood Knowledge of Project management processes /liliKnowledge of railway products and systems /liliAbility to manage customer relationship /li /ulpAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
