What you will enjoy doing
* You will manage strategically sales and purchases ofgases for competitors and intercompany, promoting sales to competitorsbalancing growth and margins to maximize Linde absolute benefit within a propersourcing roadmap aligned with the sales organizations
* Develop and implement amake vs buy strategy for the key products and build/maintain the rightpurchasing contracts for this, proactively re-evaluate active contracts and maintain them, updating & trouble-shooting pricing competitors
* As well you should coordinate the Inter Company/Competitor transactionswithin the region and with other Regional Business Units
* You will manage crisis supply coordination during plantshutdowns, planned and unplanned, through alignment meetings, documenting allactions and quantifying economic impacts, discussing with competitors andmulti-country inhouse alternatives
* You will lead the cylinder exchange between the business units to minimizecapex spend and expand process to EMEA and giving support the capex planning process for PGP packages inRegion South West (Iberia, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Algeria, Tunisia)
* Support the Business Units in Region South West controlling the invoicing ofsales and purchases maximizing its accounting accuracy, generating the annual set of Shopping Cartand Purchase Orders and maintain them through the year for topics not managedat Regional South West Business Units Operationallevel
* Also you will supportthe BU Budget Process combining purchase, sale and transport, providing bestForecast to FICO
* You want to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
* As well you can effectively collect, interpret, and use data, driving digital transformation
What makes you great
* You own a university degree in Industrial Engineering and complemented with Suplly Chain education
* You have 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the industrial sector, with proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools
* You master English at negotiation level and other local language in the region
* Your skill to analyse procurement data, quantify economic impacts, manage budgets, and ensure accurate cost allocation to support informed decision-making is a value
* You have knowledge in PGP Leadership & Change Management and proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools with good understanding of ERP tools
* You bring proven ability to lead business transformations, manage change effectively, and drive impactful projects with commercial acumen and strong execution under pressure
* Your ability in Communication and Influence is key for presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a knack for influencing and working seamlessly across all levels of the organization
* You are a savvy person in deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing, coupled with financial skills and analytics to articulate investment value drivers
* Are you technical and analytical competence to grasp technical challenges, analyze complex scenarios, and optimize decisions with a focus on cost-saving and value creation
* You feel comfortable managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of results, and consistent alignment with strategic business goalsYou can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
