As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both people and organizational development across the technical departments. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for employees and shopfloor workers; * Contributing to motivation, talent, and development initiatives; * Providing administrative HR support. You will also collaborate on: * Building strong interactions with key company functions, including Department Managers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors. What we're looking for: * A degree in Business Management or Economics; a specialized Master's degree is preferred; * A good level of English; * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
