RINA is seeking a Project Controller to be based at the offices of a major client in the Oil & Gas sector.
Location: San Donato Milanese
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will handle typical project services activities supporting development projects, including:
* Project scope management
* Project cost and time management
* Project risk and value management
* Project monitoring and controlling, including procedure definition, reporting, data and document management, contractual management (pre and post award), in collaboration with other business disciplines.
They will provide specialized support for defining and developing project plans within the MFI framework, scheduling activities, and linking progress with physical and cost metrics. They will support control and monitoring of physical progress, schedules, and costs against the plan, including estimating completion, highlighting deviations, and monitoring corrective actions. The role involves analyzing project data, identifying critical factors, and maintaining detailed cost reconciliation across various project views (contracts, internal, JV, governance, etc.). The candidate will collaborate with other departments to ensure the robustness of budgets and forecasts, providing complete data for periodic controls, and supporting strategic planning by providing timely inputs. They will coordinate with other disciplines to ensure cost scheduling aligns with project estimates and schedules.
Required Experience: Previous experience in the Oil & Gas environment.
Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, Primavera; excellent written and spoken English skills.
