The Role As Sales & Education Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering impactful in-store education across a major retail partner network.
Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll work closely with store teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to elevate both brand presence and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Partner with commercial teams to achieve sales targets and support market growth Drive sell-in and sell-out through effective in-store strategies and activations Build strong relationships with store leadership and retail teams Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to optimise results Manage a network of independent contractors, including scheduling and budgets Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and stock management Provide regular reporting and insights from the field Education & Training Deliver engaging training programs for retail teams Inspire and motivate in-store staff through hands-on coaching and side-by-side selling Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging, product knowledge, and selling techniques Evaluate and evolve training strategies based on business needs Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams Share field insights to inform product, campaign, and go-to-market strategies Support product launches with impactful education and sales execution About You 3-5 years' experience in a sales and education role within beauty retail (Sephora experience highly desirable) Experience working with Sephora a must Strong background xysqume in training and developing retail teams Knowledge of skincare ingredients and product positioning Experience delivering in-store events and activations Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Willing to travel (up to 30%) and work Tuesday-Saturday Able to be field-based, spending the majority of time in-store What's on Offer The chance to join a high-growth, disruptive beauty brand A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Real ownership and impact within the role Opportunities for development and progression
