**Job description**:
**Payroll Admin Support**

**Mission**

Manage people administrative processes and payroll and ensure best employee lifecycle experience
Role description
In your role as Payroll Support you will be responsible for the employee journey. From the moment a new colleagues accept their job offers, you guide employees on their journey in our organization. You are the primary point of contact for all our employees. You are responsible for all people related support and administration matters such as ensuring proper contract handling, documentation, payroll administration however also conducting exit interviews and providing on-boarding sessions. You work closely together with the People and Organisation Partner and offer them support were needed.
- On-board and off-board employees and set-up needed processes and records
- Secure and update employee records and relevant employment documents
- Ensure streamlined monthly payroll process and execution
- Ensure compliance and data privacy
- Promote People initiatives to ensure that is considered as a great place to work and employer of choice
- Promote and role model values to adopt and adapt the global processes and initiatives in the Region by cooperation and coordination with 3DS global organization
- Prepare job offering and facilitate the onboarding sessions with new colleagues, conduct exit interviews

**Deliverables**
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Creation and maintenance of employee records
- Headcount monitoring
- Monthly payrolls
- Social security & benefits declaration & payments
- Reconciliation of all payroll costs with finance
- Total cost analysis
- Great Place to Work initiatives
- Specific ad hoc projects (mainly in Benefits and Labour Law matters)

**Your key success factors**
- Some proven professional experience in HR administration/payroll related role
- Experienced in working in international context with a strong corporate function
Due to the variety of activities you will need excellent planning and organization skills, you will be able to prioritize and you will have great time management
- You are resilient and show operations excellence and accuracy, managing multiple priorities
- An excellent communication skills in cultural and diverse organization
- A team player who is able to build trusted relationships and deliver results
- You demonstrate the ability to analyze information and create solutions to solve problems
- Fluent English: written and verbal (Fluency in French is a big plus but not mandatory)
- Last but not least you, we are a tech company and tech savviness is much appreciated

Our Offer 2° level Trade National Labour Contract Commercio RAL 30.000-35.000 euro
