MISSION:
As part of the Guerlain Italy Team, the intern will actively support Guerlain's Business Analyst in the management of the following activities:
* Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and control
* Tracking and analysis of sales figures: sell-in, sell-out (by axe/retailer), managing daily, weekly and monthly reports
* NPD analysis about Market / Competition / Top Cities
* Analysis on benchmark and sell-out potential for new products' launches
* Follow-up analysis on new launches performance vs target
* Analysis on door productivity, profitability and on KPIs
* Managing business intelligence topics, reports and analysis for all departments (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, training)
* Ad hoc analysis
* Support sales team presentations during Canvass
PROFILE:
* Master's degree in Economics/Business/Management Engineering
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail
* Dynamic and flexible person with good time management skills and teamwork approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)
* Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plus
* Excellent level of English and Italian
