Wedding Planner – Senior & Junior
WeddingItaly SRL is seeking two qualified Wedding Planners (Senior and Junior profiles) to join its team.
The roles involve the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings exclusively for international clients, in close collaboration with the internal team and external partners.
General Requirements (Both Positions)
* Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a preferential qualification
* Strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills
* Ability to manage assigned projects with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
* Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to manage unforeseen situations
* Adequate aesthetic and design sensibility relevant to wedding and event planning
* Clear understanding that the role primarily involves logistics, scheduling, coordination, and client/vendor management, beyond aesthetic aspects
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong ability and willingness to work in a team, which is considered a fundamental requirement for this role
Senior Wedding Planner
* Minimum 3 years of documented experience in wedding planning for international clients
* Employment type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week)
* Hybrid working arrangement: up to 2 days per week of smart working, subject to operational requirements
* Contract type: Fixed-term contract (12 months), with the objective of transformation into a permanent contract
* Contractual framework: CCNL Commercio – Level 3
* Access to company welfare and benefits, in accordance with company policy
* Eligibility for performance-related bonus (Premio di Produzione), based on predefined objectives
* Availability for approximately 8 business trips per year, with an average duration of 2 nights each, that might include from 4 to 8 weekends per year, according to event schedules
Junior Wedding Planner
* Entry-level profile; prior experience in wedding or event planning for international clients is appreciated but not mandatory
* Employment type: Full-time
* Hybrid working arrangement: up to 2 days per week of smart working, subject to operational requirements
* Contract type: Apprenticeship contract (Apprendistato)
* Contractual framework: CCNL Commercio, in accordance with applicable regulations
* Access to company welfare and benefits, in accordance with company policy
* Eligibility for performance-related bonus (Premio di Produzione), based on predefined objectives
* Availability for approximately 8 business trips per year, with an average duration of 2 nights each, that might include from 4 to 8 weekends per year, according to event schedules
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following steps:
* Submission of CV and presentation (cover) letter
* Online interview (approximately 20 minutes) with a Senior Wedding Planner
* In-person interview at the company premises
* Final evaluation and selection
