TXT E-TECH is looking for a dynamic Project Engineer, to be included in the Aerospace & Aviation division in the technical team of Ground Station (Mission Planning & Maintenance). The ideal candidate will be responsible of the technical execution of the program and is the point of contact for any technical specification and pre-design technical documentation, answering Customers’ technical questions and providing technical assistance references.
Main responsibilities:
Evaluation of technical pre-design documentation and requirements;
Interface with internal and external Customers and Suppliers to assign, manage and monitor the activities of the entire project;
Definition and analysis of the requirements derived from the Customer’s operational needs;
Management and production of manuals and reports;
Support in requirement verification and integration/validation activities;
Customer support for troubleshooting analysis.
Technical skills required:
Knowledge of Software solutions oriented to system design and maintenance;
Knowledge of on-board helicopter components and avionics;
Ability to monitor system status for specific projects;
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package for producing appropriate technical documentation.
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of software life cycle;
Knowledge of requirements management tools (Doors);
Knowledge and application of the DO178C standard.
Education: Diploma in technical/scientific disciplines (preferably Aeronautical or Electronics Expert Diploma) or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal and external Customers/Supplier, excellent team work skills and orientation towards the common goal.
The profile is completed by excellent knowledge of English, ability to manage time and monitor activities and deadlines, aptitude for listening, flexibility and willingness to travel abroad for monitoring and meetings.
