Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and escorting VIP passengers
* Providing support with airport formalities (security, passport control, customs)
* Coordinating with operational supervision and airport authorities
* Handling special requests and delivering personalized assistance
* Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization, ensure buffet areas are fully stocked, and promptly report any maintenance or service issues.
Requirements:
* Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
* with professionalism and composure
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
* Availability to work shifts
* Eligibility for issuance of an airport ID badge (no pending criminal charges)
* Previous experience in hospitality, luxury environments, or the airport sector preferred, with proven ability to manage high-profile or demanding guests.
