Duties and responsibilities: - Assist guests with car doors upon their arrival - Offer guests a warm “Welcome” and a sincere “Farewell” - Able to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage - Deliver upon check-in and remove luggage upon check-out from guests’ rooms - Handle luggage promptly and safely - Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and entrance - Handle delivery and storage of guests’ items and baggage - Park safely the guests’ cars in the resort’s parking lot - Check arrival and departure reports to anticipate the guests’ needs - Be familiar with the room’s products and services that are offered, including IT equipment - Perform Mandarin Oriental’s standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience’s principles - Perform all the duties as deemed appropriate by management Requirements: - Fluent in both Italian and English - Minimum of 1-year-experience in a 5-star luxury hotel - Valid Driving Licence
