The ideal candidate has at least 10 years’ experience in cosmetic or dermocosmetic RD, a strong passion for innovation, excellent teamwork skills, and a keen interest in leveraging digital tools and Artificial Intelligence in research. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize new formulations in line with Fater standards and industry regulations /li liActively research new raw materials and technologies for Personal Care products /li liCollaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Production, and Quality teams throughout the product development cycle /li liIntegrate AI tools into the formulation process (e.g., data analysis, ingredient prediction, simulations) /li liOversee stability and performance testing, and prepare technical documentation /li liMonitor trends and innovations in the sector to propose distinctive and sustainable solutions /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 ul liDegree in Chemistry, CTF, Biotechnology, or related fields /li liExtensive (10+ years) experience in cosmetic formulation for Personal Care /li liIn-depth knowledge of functional ingredients, emulsifiers, actives, and preservatives /li liStrong familiarity with cosmetic regulations (Reg.
