Responsibilities : Follow up on solution implementation and ensure alignment with initial requirements and final delivery. Lead test phases for internal functional testing and customer validation. Participate in test plan definition, design, and execution of test scripts. Support operations in process understanding, adoption, and Acceptance Testing. Serve as the point of contact between the software factory and business operations. Support the delivery of WMS solutions from requirements gathering to testing phases. Identify gaps and propose solutions. Report bugs, support problem identification, and provide resolutions using root cause analysis. Collaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specifications and improve processes. Explain designed processes and new functionalities to key users. Monitor progress and report according to KPIs. Communicate and exchange information with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements : Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred. Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. 1-2 years in software delivery is preferable. Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new software applications and technologies. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills for large data sets from multiple sources. Organized and thorough communication tailored to the audience. Concise summarization skills. Timely and professional support skills for internal / external customers and vendors. Ability to plan workload in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of SQL required; experience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray is a plus. Team-oriented with good collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
