We are looking for a talented Media Manager to join our international Consumer Marketing, the team responsible for managing Pirelli marketing strategy and operations for the key Pirelli Geographies. Specifically you will lead the media team : this is a challenging opportunity to manage on/offline advertising on many different countries focusing on both branding and performance goals and coordinating strategy on an HQ level. What you’ll do : You will manage Pirelli Media Buying at a worldwide level and coordinate the following activities: Creating and managing Pirelli media campaigns in different countries, from media strategy to the actual go live, working with all the objectives throughout the full marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion; Identify opportunities for Pirelli, test new products and channel to support the business; Analysis, monitoring and reporting of media campaigns, mainly digital, identify key learning, proposing innovation projects; Coordinate the media agency to build digital plans and manage all the touchpoints for the activation (creative materials, coordination with analytics team, measurement process, administration process ) ensuring delivery on time and optimization to achieve KPIs and business objectives; Collaborate with Pirelli internal marketing teams (creative development, CRM, product launches, local markets ) to deliver the best planning proposal according to the needs and goals; Coordinate a team, taking care of the professional growth of the people of the team, setting their goals and supporting their growth. What you have : At least 6 years of first-hand experience in media agencies or companies, working on digital media planning (possibly with experience in international coordination); Analytical skills and precision - Interest in numbers and ability in reading and analyzing data to deliver data driven decisions and plans; Team management Outstanding project management and communication skills to manage the coordination of projects that involve multiple teams, align people involved, keep the project on schedule; Full proficiency in Italian and English; Mandatory interest and passion for the marketing & advertising environment, positive attitude and team working skills.
