This includes ensuring that our operations—from material and design innovation to manufacturing processes—are carried out responsibly.For our EU EHSQ Team based in Ormelle (TV), we are looking for a EU Compliance and QMS Manager, reporting directly to the EU EHSQ Director .Responsibilities Maintain an in-depth knowledge of EU regulations through documentation, conferences, and consultancy.Travel to EU/IL factories to audit conformity to EU and Keter regulations.Develop improvement plans toward sustainable operations.Prepare, collect, and analyse European data and reports on the company's performance.Coordinate with different departments to integrate sustainable practices.Develop and implement European QMS, policies, and initiatives.Conduct regular audits and assessments.Implement relevant training, awareness communications, and workshops within Operations, R&D, Product Development, and Marketing.Requirements Behavioural Competencies Commitment to Environment, Health and Safety culture: Demonstrates adherence to and promotion of EHS protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Ability to develop and maintain relationships at a senior level.Well-developed analytical and leadership skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced organisation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Evidence of the ability to work collaboratively.Ability to make important decisions in a pressurised environment.Demonstrates and actively promotes company values.Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.Extensive experience in Quality management and Compliance in EU context.Experience in project management and training facilitation.Experience in SAP, Excel and data management.Fluency in English: writing, reading and speaking. French is a plus.Availability to travel 30/40% of total time.What we are offering On-site position (no full remote option).Salary range: between 40,000 Euro and 52,000 Euro gross per year / 13 installments.Effective salary proposal will be discussed at the end of the selection process based on experience, competences, and seniority within the stated range.Flexible daily working hours.Possibility of remote working one day per week upon proven achievement of operational autonomy.The company fosters an inclusive, fair, and respectful work environment that values diversity.
