Responsibilities
* Custom Itinerary Creation: Design tailored travel plans based on each client’s interests, preferences, and budgets, covering accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining.
* Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients’ travel aspirations and requirements.
* Vendor Collaboration: Partner with trusted travel suppliers and tour operators to secure the best options and rates.
* Booking Coordination: Manage travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and accurate process.
* Ongoing Support: Assist clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips, promptly handling any changes or issues.
* Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations.
* Feedback & Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
