Purchasing & Logistic Controller: We are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic profile to join our Operations Controlling Team as Purchasing and Logistic Controller. In this role, you will have to support the Group Operations Controller and Purchasing and Logistics functions providing data analysis on: - Materials and components cost evolution, purchase price variance, payables - Logistic costs evolution both inbound and outbound, air/ocean mix and freight costs, potential flows optimization, recharge fees to customers You will also be asked to support on monthly financial closures. The role is not limited to data crunching. Duties and Responsibilities are: - Monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting according to Company deadlines; - Support on the accruals calculation and review for the month/quarter end financial closure; - Support to Budgeting and Forecasting activities; - Support on ad-hoc analysis regarding purchasing and logistics costs; - Support on the definition and calculation of Standard Material costs; - Monitor costs evolution and analyze variances vs. Budget and prior years’ results; - Support the implementation of new analytic tools and systems. Requirements: Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Economics Languages: Italian, Good English spoken and written Experiences: 5 years of relevant experience in a structured company, ideally within Supply Chain Controlling. Specific Skills_:_ - Experience in data analysis is mandatory - Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Hyperion - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office is required. - Proactive team worker with strong numeric and analytical skills and precise and reliable working method. - Highly driven with an ability to work effectively both under own initiative and in a fast paced and challenging context.
