Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pEnsure setup and operational start (networking, infrastructure, etc.) for Aero Alliance Mesagne shop. /p pIn this role you will act as a key member of Aero Alliance Mesagne Shop Team in building close relationships with shop leadership to ensure smooth operations and support Aero Alliance JV strategic and transformational initiatives. /p pYou will support the team in proactively drive the prioritization, budgeting and resource planning of DT work. /p pYou will communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization and support shop floor applications including basic troubleshooting/triaging of issues and demand management for change requests. /p pThe expectation is to act as a DT solution provider by understanding digital needs on the shop floor. /p pThe role is intended to be performed on-site. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure Smooth Ongoing operations /li liDT single point of contact for the site /li liNetworking /li liSetup and monitor connectivity of site /li liSetup Maintain/Upgrade/Refresh Access Points for optimal site performance /li liEnd-User/Desktop/Collaboration Support /li liProvide L1/L2 support for employees /li liResident support for MS Teams and other collaboration appliances/devices /li liShop Automation Support /li liEnsure OT network connectivity /li liMachine connectivity for monitoring usage/utilization /li liL1 Application Support /li liPrograms Support (Responsibility) /li liDT support for global initiatives and programs /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline. /li liMinimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT/DT domain. /li liApplication support experience will be preferred. /li liStrong self-directed leadership with proven track record in projects / operations while working with matrixed teams. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to work across multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
